PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug hardening device capable of preventing effusion of hardening oil to the surroundings of a facility.SOLUTION: A plug hardening device 1 for performing hardening processing of a workpiece W in a state that an inner diameter of the annular workpiece W is restrained with a core grid comprises a hardening unit 110 in which the workpiece W is stored. The hardening unit 110 comprises: a unit container 111 having a first opening 122; and a hardening container 113, positioned inside the unit container 111, having a second opening 123 in which the workpiece W is stored. The hardening unit 110 further comprises a unit cover 160 for covering the first opening 122 and the second opening 123, and sealing the unit container 111 and the hardening container 113. |
