PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor excellent in downsizing of a structure and efficiency of noise removal, and to provide a manufacturing method of the sensor.SOLUTION: The sensor includes: a hole IC 45 for outputting an electric signal corresponding to a liquid surface level to be detected; a capacitor 50 to be used together with the hole IC 45; a plurality of lead frames each including a terminal part to which a lead wire is connected and a base part to which a lead 45a of the hole IC 45 is connected; and an inner member 41 for holding the plurality of lead frames. A space part 41a recessed like a concave is formed in the inner member 41 holding the lead frames and the hole IC 45 is accommodated in the space part 41a. In the hole IC 45, a plurality of leads 45a included in the hole IC 45 are extended from the space part 41a and respectively connected to the base parts of the plurality of lead frames and the capacitor 50 is mounted between a pair of leads 45a existing in the space part 41a. |
