<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for a display of various kinds of electronic apparatuses capable of providing a well visible display.SOLUTION: The touch panel includes: a first conductive layer 12; and a melanized metal oxide layer 13C formed over and beneath a connection part 13B connecting plural conductive parts 13A of a second conductive layer 13 which is disposed to cross the first conductive layer 12. The melanized metal oxide layer 13C absorbs external light such as sun light and lamp light to prevent reflection thereof; thus a touch panel with a well visible display is achieved.</p> |
