PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ottoman device which inhibits a cover member from being caught between an ottoman body and a seat cushion and prevents the external appearance of the cover member from being impaired, and to provide a vehicle seat.SOLUTION: An ottoman device includes: an ottoman body 16; a moving mechanism 18 which moves the ottoman body 16 between a storage position and a support position; a cover member 20 which connects a front end part of a seat cushion 14 with the ottoman body 16, is stored into an area below the seat cushion 14 at the storage position, and expands to cover the moving mechanism 18 at the support position; a seat material 22 which has one end part attached to a rear surface of the cover member 20 along a seat width direction and pulls the cover member 20 to fold the cover member 20; and a tension member 24 which is connected with the other end part of the seat material 22 and the seat cushion 14 and has elasticity that applies a tensile force to the seat material 22. |
