PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device having a partition disposed in a color filter, and a method for forming the solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes: a first color filter segment having a first height measured from a bottom surface thereof to a top surface thereof; a second color filter segment having a second height measured from a bottom surface thereof to a top surface thereof; and a partition disposed between the first and second color filter segments, having a third height measured from a bottom surface thereof to a top surface thereof, and having a refractive index lower than those of the first and second color filter segments, while the third height is smaller than the first and second heights. |
