PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain wall which can reduce the weight of a panel unit by reducing a size of a frame body, can expand a degree of a freedom of the design of the curtain wall, and can improve an appearance design property of the curtain wall by reducing an aspect dimension of the frame body.SOLUTION: A curtain wall 12 has an equal pressure space 24 being a drainage passage at a connecting member 16 of a hollow square material being an existing part. That is, a hollow part of the connecting member 16 is used as the equal pressure space 24. By this configuration, a vertical member 48 can be reduced in size. Therefore, according to this curtain wall 12, a glass panel unit 10 can be reduced in weight, a degree of a freedom of the design of the curtain wall 12 is expanded, and an appearance design property of the curtain wall 12 can be improved by reducing an aspect dimension of the vertical material 48. |
