PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermal barrier member with an excellent adhesion and durability by forming a metallic bond layer with an improved surface morphology using an HVOF.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a thermal barrier coating member, which includes a process of forming a metallic bond layer on a heat-resistant alloy substrate 11, the process of forming the metallic bond layer includes steps of: forming a first layer by thermal-spraying spherical particles consisting of a high-temperature corrosion resistant alloy to a surface to be constructed 11a using a high-temperature frame spray; and forming a second layer by thermal-spraying the particles consisting of the high-temperature corrosion resistant alloy having a rugged shape to the first layer using the high-temperature frame spray.
