A linkage mechanism between lifting and bilateral positioning of a bottom die comprises: a bottom die lifting component and a positioning component (3). The lifting component comprises a lifting rod (12), and the bottom die (1) is disposed on the lifting rod (12). Lifting of the lifting rod (12) is driven by a driving component (4), and the driving component (4) comprises a rotation shaft (5) rotationally disposed on a rack (2), a cam (6) fixedly connected to the rotation shaft (5), a guiding slot (8) formed on the cam (6), and a sliding element (13) disposed on the lifting rod (12). The sliding element (13) is inserted in the guiding slot (8). When the rotation shaft (5) rotates, a part of the guiding slot (8) contacting the sliding element (13) changes in an up and down manner. The positioning component (3) comprises multiple sliding blocks (31, 32), multiple swinging elements (35, 36) driving the sliding blocks (31, 32) to move during swinging, and a rotation element (7) fixed on the rotation shaft (5) and used for controlling the swinging elements (35, 36) to swing. The linkage mechanism has at least two working positions. In the first working position, multiple sliding blocks (31, 32) are inserted between the bottom die (1) and the rack (2) to abut the bottom die (1). In the second working position, the sliding blocks (31, 32) leave the bottom die (1), and the bottom die (1) moves towards the rack (2). In this mechanism, linkage between lifting and positioning of the bottom die can be implemented by using only one power source, so as to reduce a size of the device. |
