The invention relates to a composition for producing a coating comprising (a) a compound comprising at least two secondary amino functions and (b) an isocyanate component comprising an allophanate and a polyfunctional isocyanate, and (c) optionally a solvent. The invention also relates to the use of said composition for producing a coating with improved hydrophobicity, and for improving the pot life duration (pot life property) of a formulation for paint or for varnish, or for improving the opening time of a film or a layer resulting from the application of said composition. |
