A pixel circuit, a driving method thereof, an array substrate and a display device. The pixel circuit comprises a driving transistor (DTFT), a first switch transistor (M1), a storage capacitor (C1), a light-emitting element and a threshold compensating circuit. The threshold compensating circuit consists of a second switch transistor (M2), a third switch transistor (M3), a fourth switch transistor (M4) and a coupling capacitor (C2). The threshold compensating circuit can effectively compensate for the non-uniformity of the threshold voltage of the driving transistor (DTFT). The driving method comprises a pre-charging stage (C), a compensation stage (D) and a light-emitting stage (E). The array substrate comprises the pixel unit circuit and is more stable in performance. The display device comprises the array substrate and greatly improves picture uniformity.
