The present invention relates to a method and a system for recommending a book based on M2M. More specifically, the method and the system are capable of providing a book recommending service personalized for a user based on M2M. The method of the present invention includes the steps of (a) collecting, by an M2M user terminal, personal information from each of other multiple M2M user terminals located within a predetermined range; (b) transmitting, to a service providing server, multiple personal information collected from the other M2M user terminals and obtaining time information for the personal information by the M2M user terminal through an M2M gateway and an M2M server; (c) classifying, by the service providing server, the other M2M user terminals into multiple community groups using the collected personal information and the obtaining time information for the personal information; and (d) determining, by the service providing server, a book recommending list for the M2M user terminal using the community groups. According to the present invention, the personalized book recommending service can be provided, thereby remarkably improving accuracy and satisfaction for the book recommending service. |
