PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print out to an arbitrary printer without designating an output destination printer.SOLUTION: A printing printer automatic distribution system includes: a user master 10 for storing user attribute information for each user; an automatic printing management information master 30 for storing form attribute information including a printer ID designating a department and an output destination printer corresponding to a form ID; and a transaction database 20 for storing form data. A form output program 50 and an automatic printing management information acquisition subroutine 60 extract the user attribute information of a user ID from the user master 10, extracts the form attribute information of the form ID of a form selected by a user from the automatic printing management information master 30, selects the output destination printer on the basis of the extracted user attribute information and the form attribute information, and print out the form. |
