PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system capable of effectively utilizing a communication unit and various sensors installed for detecting an abnormality in a security target zone to offer significant functions for a security system user including detecting the abnormality in an alert mode.SOLUTION: A security system comprises: a communication unit 3 provided at an external portion thereof with an external output means 31 which externally output security information i about the specified security target zone R; and a monitoring center 4 which communicates with the communication unit 3. The monitoring center 4 acquires area information li about security target areas including the security target zone R and transmits the area information li to the communication unit 3, and the external output means 31 output information on the basis of the area information li transmitted from the monitoring center 4. |
