Abstract It's an application on smartphones and a software on PC that allow people to download internet data and store it in the application or in the software to use it later if there is no internet around them, they will enter the application or the software and click on start using internet button and the software or the application will provide them the internet connection from the data that they downloaded before. There is no need to connect to the internet to use the program because the program will already provide the users the internet connection that they need. |
