PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing method providing an increased operation speed.SOLUTION: The data processing method for arranging and rebuilding dependencies in an electronic application includes the steps of: changing a counter associated with a first entry in response to selecting a second entry; comparing the counter with a threshold; and indicating that the first entry is ready to be selected in response to the result of comparison between the counter and the threshold. The first entry is dependent on the second entry. This data processing method can provide an increased operation speed.
