<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a battery having high insulation property.SOLUTION: The packaging material for a battery is formed of a laminate that is laminated with at least a base layer, a metal layer, an insulating layer, and a sealant layer in this order. Hardness of the insulating layer measured by compressing an indenter by 5μm against the insulating layer from a cross section in a lamination direction of the laminate using a nano-indenter is in a range of 10 MPa to 300 MPa.</p> |
