PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a performance of a cooling and heating module having plural thermal distortion members by reliably exchanging heat between all of the thermal distortion members and air.SOLUTION: In cooling and heating modules (20a, 20b), an upper end of a thermal distortion member (21) is fixed to stationary plates (40a, 40b), and a lower end is fixed to a movable plates (41a, 41b). When the movable plates (41a, 41b) is displaced upward and downward by a cam, tension is applied to and cancelled from the thermal distortion member (21). In the cooling and heating modules (20a, 20b), thermal distortion member groups (25a-25d) including the plural thermal distortion members (21) are aligned in an air flowing direction. The thermal distortion members (21) of the two adjacent thermal distortion member groups (25a-25d) are displaced in a width direction of an air passage. |
