摘要 [Problem] To provide an ultrasonic flow meter, flow velocity measurement method, and flow velocity measurement program, wherein flow velocity can be accurately measured without ultrasonic transmission and reception units interfering with each other. [Solution] A main unit (50) calculates a flow velocity component that is parallel to a pipe axis on the basis of a first propagation time difference, which is the difference between the time it takes for ultrasound transmitted from a second ultrasound transmission and reception unit (30) to propagate through a first fluid propagation path that crosses the inside of a pipe (A) in the radial direction 2n - 1 times (where n is a positive integer) and the time it takes for ultrasound transmitted from a first ultrasound transmission and reception unit (20) to do the same, and a second propagation time difference, which is the difference between the time it takes for ultrasound transmitted from the second ultrasound transmission and reception unit (30) to propagate through a second fluid propagation path that crosses the inside of the pipe (A) in the radial direction 2m - 1 times (where m is a positive integer other than n) and the time it takes for ultrasound transmitted from the first ultrasound transmission and reception unit (20) to do the same.
