A manifold (1), comprising: an axially extended inner cavity (20) and a plurality of axially extended individual parts (11, 12); the inner cavity (20) comprises a refrigerant introduction cavity (18) and a refrigerant distribution cavity (19) separated from and in fluid communication with each other, and the refrigerant enters the refrigerant introduction cavity (18) and is distributed by the refrigerant distribution cavity (19) to a heat exchanger tube (2); the refrigerant introduction cavity (18) and refrigerant distribution cavity (19) are formed by sequentially arranging and connecting the plurality of axially extended individual parts (11, 12) in an assembly direction perpendicular to the axial direction, the manifold (1) being comprised of a plurality of individual parts (11, 12). The manifold (1) connects a plurality of individual parts (11, 12), thus improving two-phase flow distribution for the heat exchanger, enhancing heat exchange performance, increasing product quality stability, and solving the present problem of high cost of high-frequency welded pipes.
