The invention relates to an actuator device (1) for a gearbox (2) of a motor vehicle, with a plurality of selector shafts (9, 10, 20, 21), which can each be displaced in a first direction between a plurality of selection positions (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) and in a second direction between a plurality of operating positions and which each have a connecting element (28, 29) that is in active connection in at least one of the selection positions (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) with at least one gearshift rail (5, 6, 7, 8) of the gearbox (2) for transferring a movement of the selector shaft (9, 10, 20, 21) in the second direction onto the gearshift rail (5, 6, 7, 8). According to the invention the selector shafts (9, 10, 20, 21) are fitted in each other in such a way that they are movable against one another in the first direction and are fixed to each other in the section direction, wherein the selection positions (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) of the selector shafts (9, 10, 20, 21) are independently adjustable by means of a plurality of first adjusting elements (11, 12, 22, 23), and wherein the selector shafts (9, 10, 20, 21) can be displaced in common between the shifting positions by means of a second adjusting element (19).
