<p>Solid electrolyte antiperovskite compositions for batteries, capacitors, and other electrochemical devices have chemical formula Li3OA, Li(3-x)Mx/20A, Li(3-x)Nx/30A, or LiCOXzY(l-z), wherein M and N are divalent and trivalent metals respectively and wherein A is a B halide or mixture of halides, and X and Y are halides. Gel-liquid chemical systems are the electrolytes present in lithium batteries and other electrochemical devices. Gel-liquid chemical systems may include solvents, and the systems utilize solvated lithium ions for ion conduction.</p> |
