PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system and an evaluation method which can easily evaluate a use situation of a use object.SOLUTION: An emotion estimation device 6 estimates a first emotion expressive speaker who expresses a first emotion and a first emotion non-expressive speaker who does not express the emotion according to whether or not a first voice to be analyzed is mapped to a first emotion area among a plurality of emotional areas assigned to an emotion mapping space in a two-dimension or higher having a plurality of parameters for analyzing voice features on a coordinate axis. An analyzer 7 analyzes a prescribed phenomenon about a use situation of a use object according to a first distribution of the first emotion expressive speaker and the first emotion non-expressive speaker based on a result of estimation of the emotion estimation device. The first emotional area is divided so that an absolute value of a correlation coefficient of the first distribution and an occurrence of the prescribed phenomenon becomes a first prescribed value or larger.
