PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and optimally decide such a compensation band where a peak power reduction amount becomes maximum to a given accumulator battery capacity.SOLUTION: A power management system 1 comprises: a load power acquisition part 20 acquiring past result data of a load power recorded while being associated with meteorological information similar to meteorological information of a control target day; a compensation band decision part 41 deciding a compensation frequency band of a stationary accumulator battery part 13 on the basis of the acquired past result data; and an accumulator battery controller 42 estimating the load power on the basis of the decided compensation frequency band of the accumulator battery and a total sum of a purchased power and an output of the stationary accumulator battery part 13, and controlling the output of the stationary accumulator battery part 13 on the basis of the estimated load power.
