PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition and a method for preventing and/or treating a medical condition associated with the imbalance of one or multiple lipids related to other elements.SOLUTION: A lipid composition including nuts, seeds, oils, beans/peas, fruits, cereals, and daily products useful at respectively specified quantities is provided as a dietary nutritional supplement food and a dietary plan designed to comprehensively prevent and treat many diseases. This composition includes ω-6 fatty acids and ω-3 fatty acids, whereas ratios and quantities of the ω-6 fatty acids and ω-3 fatty acids are controlled depending on one or multiple elements selected from among targets' ages, targets' sexes, targets' diets, targets' body weights, targets' medical conditions, and climates of targets' living areas. |
