摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress power consumption of an optical transmitter receiver group at standby while achieving reliability required for an optical network system.SOLUTION: A node device 20 comprises: a plurality of optical transmitter-receivers 21 and 21'; a transmitter-receiver aggregation device 22 managing states of the plurality of optical transmitter-receivers 21 and 21', and connecting the transmitter-receivers 21 in an operation state with an optical fiber 30; priority determination means 23 for determining the priority; operation information output means 24 for counting the number of routes for each of optical fibers 30 connected with the optical transmitter-receivers 21, and outputting the maximum value as a setting number M; and mode setting means 25 for selecting M optical transmitter-receivers from the optical transmitter-receivers 21' in a standby state in order of priority, and setting the selected optical transmitter-receivers to a high-speed start standby mode. When failures occur on the route, the optical transmitter-receiver aggregation device 22 changes the optical transmitter-receivers 21 to which the route where the failures occur is set from the operation state to the standby state, and selects and starts the optical transmitter-receivers 21' in the standby state in order of priority.
