PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for an inorganic fiber non-woven fabric which provides a non-woven fabric excellent in mechanical strength by firmly bonding an inorganic fiber and a binder.SOLUTION: A binder for an inorganic fiber non-woven fabric contains resin particles in which at least a part of the particle surface is coated with a silane coupling agent having a reactive functional group. The reactive functional group is preferably one selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, an amino group, a (meth)acryloyl group, a vinyl group and an isocyanate group. |
