PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope configured to be able to watertightly and airtightly fix the tip of a curved cover with sufficient fixing strength with ease and high workability in a short time.SOLUTION: An endoscope comprises: an insertion part 2; a tip hard member 20 constituting a tip part 11; a step part 20v at the outer periphery 20g of the tip hard member 20; a butting surface formed at at least either of the step part 20v and a base end 21k at a tip cover 21; a curved part 12; a cylindrical member 31 locked to a position on the base end side rather than the butting surface relative to the outer periphery 20g of the tip hard member 20; and a curved cover 30 which covers the outer periphery of the cylindrical member 31 and a curved piece 12k and where a tip portion 30a covers the tip 31s of the cylindrical member 31 and is butted to the butting surface. The tip section 30a is fixed by being sandwiched between the tip 31s and the butting surface and being squeezed. |
