The length in the circumferential direction of the anti-skid part (213), in a state where the anti-skid part is not attached to a tire (1), is set so as to be shorter than the circumferential-direction length of a tread (3) of the tire (1), and the anti-skid part is a textile formed by combining a vertical thread that follows the circumferential direction of the tire (1) and has elasticity, and a horizontal thread that follows the width direction of the tire.
