A buffering device of a sliding door for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the buffering device of a sliding door for a vehicle, comprising: a bracket mounted to the distal end of a guide rail for guiding the opening and closing of the sliding door; and a buffer section mounted on one side of the bracket and relieving the shock transmitted to a vehicle body while the opening and closing of the slide door, wherein the buffer section includes: a bumper cover having a fixed shaft which is fastened to the bracket on one side and fixedly supported on the bracket; a rubber bumper fastened to the bumper cover and formed so as to move with a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction of the bumper cover; and a spring disposed between the bumper cover and the rubber bumper. |
