PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring device and a vibration-proof device capable of more effectively preventing vibration in the three-dimensional direction with a simple structure in comparison with a case not having this constitution.SOLUTION: An air spring device 16 has a frame body 42 including a cylindrical portion, a piston member 44 at least partially accommodated inside of the frame body 42, and an air spring body 46 defining an air chamber 50 between the frame body 42 and the piston member 44, and relatively movably connecting the frame body 42 and the piston member 44.
