PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that has made possible easy transmission of object data on a print object to a data storage device to simplify printing work.SOLUTION: There is provided a system including a data management system, and a data storage device that is a print server. The data management system comprises: a mail acquisition unit that acquires an e-mail including object data and user specification information specifying a user; a data conversion unit that converts the object data included in the e-mail into output data in a format in which an image forming apparatus can output; and a first management unit that manages the output data in association with the user specification information included in the e-mail. The data storage device acquires, from the data management system, the output data in association with the user specification information, and manages the acquired output data in association with user identification information for identifying a user included in an acquired authentication information.
