PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of sufficiently improving image quality, an image processing method and an image processing program.SOLUTION: An image processor 100 includes an input part 10 for inputting a luminance signal and a color signal of an input image signal, a color signal filter part 30 for performing filtering processing of the color signal on the basis of the luminance signal with the luminance signal as a reference signal and the color signal as a target signal, and an output part 40 for outputting an output image signal based on the luminance signal and the color signal after the filtering processing.
