PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device reduced in the number of parts to suppress production cost and manufacturing man-hour, and downsize the device.SOLUTION: An electronic control unit 4 includes a case 5 and a cover 6 which are connected to each other. A control circuit substrate 8 controlling a driving circuit substrate is fixed to the case 5, while the driving circuit substrate 7 driving a motor unit 3 is fixed to the cover 6. An electric connector 9 supplying power to each of the substrates 7, 8 and the motor unit 3 is mounted on an opening part 10 of the case 5. First current-carrying terminals 25, 3e of the electric connector 9 and the motor unit 3, and second current-carrying terminals 35, 37 of the driving circuit substrate 7 are electrically connected directly via the connection of both the case 5 and the cover 6. |
