PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tire performance such as an efficiency increase in tire design, on-ice performance and uneven wear resistance.SOLUTION: Siping formed in a block is composed of a three-dimensional sipe of extending in a wave shape in amplitude W and a period a1 along a length directional line in a horizontal cross section parallel to a tread, and also extending in a wave shape in the amplitude W and a period a2 along the depth direction in a vertical cross section at a right angle to the length directional line. Assuming the length direction of the three-dimensional sipe as (x), the depth direction as the (z) axis and the amplitude direction at a right angle to the (x) axis and the (z) as the (y) axis, the three-dimensional sipe satisfies the following expression (1). y=W*sin{(2&pgr;*x/a1)+(2&pgr;*z/a2)+&thetas;}---(1). |
