PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a plurality of pieces of document data taken in by a plurality of scanners in an entire system by numbering and to manage data for each scanner by numbering.SOLUTION: A system includes: a plurality of scanners; and an information processing unit. Each of the plurality of scanners includes: a scanner processing section for performing scan processing and generating document data; a numbering processing section for generating numbering information including a count value updated for each scan processing and identification information for identifying the scanner; and a transmitting section for transmitting the document data and the numbering information to the information processing unit. The information processing unit provides the system for acquiring the document data and the numbering information from each of the plurality of scanners and making the document data correspond to the numbering information to store them in a storage device. |
