PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fixing method for a bone fracture.SOLUTION: An adhesive complex coacervate is generated by a process comprising: (a) a step of preparing a polyelectrolyte complex including a step of mixing at least one copolymer of N-(3-aminopropyl)methacrylamide hydrochloride (APMA)-acrylamide (Aam), at least one copolymer of monoacryloxyethyl phosphate (MAEP)-dopamine methacrylamide (DMA)-Aam, and at least one multivalent cation with one another, in which each of the APMA-Aam copolymer and the MAEP-DMA-Aam copolymer includes at least one group capable of cross-linking with each other; and (b) a step of generating the adhesive complex coacervate by adjusting pH of the polyelectrolyte complex, concentration of at least one divalent cation, or a combination of them. |
