<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device for separating a floating matter from a solid phase, a separation method, analysis and a sample preparation device.SOLUTION: A separation device uses a multi-well plate 12 and a lid 3 as a container, and can process plural analytes simultaneously. After a liquid 5 including the analytes, reagent and magnetic particles is incubated in a refinement chamber 1, the liquid 5 is separated into magnetic particles to which the analytes are bonded by centrifugal separation and floating matters such as liquid, and then the floating matters are discharged to a disposal chamber 2 through the lid.</p> |
