A method of treating an autoimmune disease in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a compound comprising an oligonucleotide, wherein the oligonucleotide comprises a first strand that consists of 8 to 200 nucleosides, and wherein the first strand comprises a region that is identical to at least 8 contiguous nucleotides of miR-142.
