The purpose of the present invention is to guarantee durability and increase the elongation margin of a tread-protecting layer. A pneumatic tire (10) for an aircraft has: a tread-protecting layer (12) provided to a bottom layer of a tread part (22), the tread protecting layer (12) having a plurality of cords (24) aligned in a tire width direction and the cords (24) being arranged along undulating imaginary lines extending in a tire peripheral direction with the tire width direction as the direction of amplitude; and cord-interrupting parts (14) where adjacent regions of different cords (24) are partially missing in the tread-protecting layer (12). |
