<p>Provided is an electromagnetic actuator that can more easily increase the air-tightness of a sealed space in which an optical element is installed. The present invention has: an optical element that can move; a magnet that is mechanically joined to the optical element; a coil affixed/installed at a position covering the magnet; and a non-magnetic member extending along the direction of motion of the optical element between the optical element and the coil. A sealed space is formed along the direction of motion by means of the non-magnetic member, the optical element and the magnet are installed in the sealed space, the coil is installed outside the sealed space, and a magnetic circuit formed by the magnetic flux from the magnet penetrates the coil and the boundary between the inside and outside of the sealed space.</p> |
