PURPOSE: A dental clinic drill is provided to minimize the damage of gums during flap leaves implant operation, to be used for stably performing a drilling process even during a process of deleting alveolar bone, and to closely contact the gum with the surface of implant. CONSTITUTION: A dental clinic drill comprises: a drill body(120) including a mounting unit(110) for mounting the drill body on a drilling device; a cutting unit(130) offering a side blade; and a body unit(140) which is integrally connected to the cutting unit and has limited cutting ability. The cutting unit has a hole on alveolar bone from the lower part of gums without damage of the gums. |
