PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable surface-mounted piezoelectric oscillator in which solder crack can be coped with, while coping with compaction.SOLUTION: A surface-mounted piezoelectric oscillator includes a base 1 composed of a rectangular ceramic multilayer substrate having a housing part and an exterior part, an integrated circuit element 2 and a piezoelectric vibration element 3. A square mounting external terminal and one adjustment external terminal in the center of the long side are constituted on the bottom of the base 1. The mounting external terminal is bonded to the wiring pattern on a circuit board by using a bonding material, and the adjustment external terminal is also bonded to the ground wiring pattern on the circuit board by using a bonding material. |
