PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete desired printing processing without burdening a user with an extra fee even when a margin expecting an advertisement fee cannot be detected in a printing sheet.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus which outputs image data to be output includes: calculation means for calculating a fee for outputting the image data to be output; determination means for determining whether an advertisement can be added to the image data according to the fee calculated by the calculation means; and advertisement output means which outputs the image data with the advertisement added thereto when the determination means determines that the advertisement can be added to the image data, and outputs the image data and the advertisement separately when the determination means does not determine that the advertisement can be added to the image data. |
