PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device for preventing complication of a manufacturing process and reducing parasitic capacitance between a pixel electrode and a reference electrode, and a data line.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a dual protective film disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The dual protective film comprises a first protective film and a second protective film. A refractive index of the first protective film is different from that of the second protective film. Nitrogen content of the first protective film is different from that of the second protective film. |
