PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film laminate having an advanced water vapor barriering capacity and unlikely to entail, even when left standing in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment over an extended period, appearance defects such as bubbles, etc.; a method for manufacturing this gas barrier film laminate; and an electronic component possessing this gas barrier laminate.SOLUTION: The provided gas barrier film laminate is a gas barrier film laminate including at least two gas barrier films wherein two adjacent gas barrier films are laminated via an adhesive layer and wherein the adhesive layer has been formed by curing an adhesive composition layer formed by using an energy ray-curable adhesive composition based on the irradiation thereof with energy rays; a method for manufacturing the same and an electronic component possessing this gas barrier laminate are also provided.
