PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter generation system to determine parameters of at least one phase of an injection procedure on the basis of a part of the injection procedure in a contrast agent injector system.SOLUTION: A parameter generator system determines the amount of a pharmaceutical to be delivered to a patient at least in part on the basis of the concentration of an agent in the pharmaceutical and at least in part on the basis of a function that is based at least in part upon and varies with a patient parameter. The patient parameter is, for example, the weight, the body mass index, the body surface area or the cardiac output. The pharmaceutical includes, for example, a contrast enhancing agent for use in an imaging procedure. |
