PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for nucleic acid amplification reaction which can easily perform nucleic acid amplification reaction.SOLUTION: A cartridge for nucleic acid amplification reaction comprises: a tube including a first plug consisting of a first oil, a second plug consisting of a second cleaning fluid which carries out the phase separation by mixing with oil and cleanses nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carrier obtained by binding nucleic acid, a third plug consisting of a second oil, a fourth plug consisting of reverse transcription reaction liquid which carries out the phase separation by mixing oil and carries out reverse transcription reaction, and a fifth plug consisting of a third oil, a sixth plug consisting of eluate which carries out the phase separation by mixing with oil and in which the nucleic acid is eluted from the nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carrier obtained by binding nucleic acid, and a seventh plug consisting of a forth oil in this order; a vessel for nucleic acid amplification reaction which communicates with the seventh plug side of the tube and which includes oil; and a plunger which is arranged at the aperture in the first plug side of the tube, and which extrudes liquid from the seventh plug side of the tube to the vessel for nucleic acid amplification reaction. |
