PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the amount of feedback information and the amount of calculation to remove interference in MIMO communication.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system in which a transmitting station and a receiving station perform radio communication by MIMO, the receiving station decomposes a channel matrix into a Hermitian matrix and a non-Hermitian matrix. Then, the receiving station feeds back at least part of any elements of these matrices to the transmitting station. The transmitting station and the receiving station decompose the fed back matrix into a unitary matrix and a diagonal matrix. The transmitting station forms a transmission signal by use of a transmission symbol vector and the unitary matrix and transmits it by means of a plurality of transmission antennas. The receiving station transforms a reception signal vector by the unitary matrix. As a result, the channel matrix is made into a diagonal advantageous matrix and is able to highly accurately perform discrimination feedback type equivalence by use of QR decomposition.
