PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which variations in a current value caused by variations in the threshold voltage of a transistor are suppressed, a deviation from the luminance level specified by a video signal is small, and a duty ratio is high.SOLUTION: A display device includes a load, a transistor for controlling a current value supplied to the load, a holding capacitor 115, first wiring, second wiring, and first to fourth switches 111 to 114. After the threshold voltage of the transistor is held in the holding capacitor 115, a potential in accordance with a video signal is input, and a voltage that is the sum of the threshold voltage and the potential is held, so that variations in a current value caused by variations in the threshold voltage of the transistor can be suppressed. |
