PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite carbon fibers which are easily dispersed in a matrix such as a resin without aggregate remained in the matrix, and have an excellent effect of reducing electric resistance.SOLUTION: Composite carbon fibers comprise: multilayer carbon nanotubes of which the 99% or more in number have fiber diameters of 5 to 40 nm; carbon particles which have primary particle diameters of 20 to 100 nm; and graphitized carbon nanofibers of which the 99% or more in number have fiber diameters of 50 to 300 nm, and in which the multilayer carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed among the graphitized carbon nanofibers and the carbon particles. |
